4 L-Stance Twin Forearm Block (move the left foot next to the right foot and move the right foot towards A)
5 L-Stance Knifehand Inward Strike (do not move your feet)
6 Fixed Stance Front Forefist Middle Obverse Punch (move the right foot towards A)
7 Bending Ready Stance A (move the right foot next to your left foot)
8 Middle Side Piercing Kick (kick with left foot)
