Taekwon-Do is a Korean martial art, famous for its kicking and jumping techniques, but you will also learn blocking, punching and sparring. We teach ITF Taekwon-Do. Our classes are designed to accommodate beginners and advanced students alike.
Feel free to join one of our training sessions. There are always a few beginners in class, so you won't stand out. Your first two weeks of training are for free, so you have a chance to decide if you enjoy Taekwon-Do.
Last week we had two students going all the way to Peterhead to grade. Again we had really good results! The results were:
- Lora Dimitrova - Promoted to 4th kup with an A level pass
- Christian Koch - Promoted to 8th kup with an A level pass and grading trophy for best grader
Congrats to both of you, and keep up the good work!
As we haven't managed to release our Taekwon-Do manual yet, I have composed a grading sheet for the people aiming to attend the grading on the 10th of December. It can be found here.
Last Saturday we had some of our students attending the Aberdeen grading. I'm proud to say that all of our students successfully passed the grading! Congratulations guys! For some of you the Taekwon-Do journey just started. Let's hope that you'll stick to it, and in not too long time, we will see you with your black belts!
The results were:
- Fredric Dahlquist - Promoted to 7th kup
- Laura Numela - Promoted to 9th kup with an A level pass
- Chris Koch - Promoted to 9th kup with an A level pass
- Nikola Petkov - Promoted to 9th kup
A sheet containing grading information for our new students can be found here. This contains all the information you will need to attend your first grading. Naturally you'll still need to attend training sessions if you want to grade.
